Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum free shipping value. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. The Rare Fox is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
