Refund policy

At The Rare Fox, every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and for hygiene and quality reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

• Your order is cancelled before shipment.
• We are unable to fulfill your order.
• Your claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products delivered in good condition
• Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
