Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
